The Mountain's Shade

Little preview thingy for another project of mine.
Seriously, I have too many projects. How should I manage to work on all of them XD

Well, this one is for a project I have in mind for years now. Recent title would be "Above The Mountains" and the main protagonists are, as you can already guess by the drawing, cats. Yes, I am a cat fan. People who know me for longer than two years might already have realized this XD (first fail try to make a webcomic as my earliest deviations which was actually the first draft of this project, haha ) 

Well, but just because it's about cats doesn't mean it's all cute and fluffy. No, this is supposed to be a rather serious and also kinda darkish story about a young cat called Luna who tries to get her home back, the Silver Mountain, which was stolen away from her people (yes, animals can be seen as people too) in a most cruel way. Now it's up to her and her friends Flake, Hunter, Mikosch and Ivy to look for help beyond the Northern Territory (their home area). Btw, the cat on the cover is Luna, the main protagonist C:

And no, this has absolutely NOTHING to do with Warrior Cats. Yes, I've read the first books but this thingy will be something completely different.
No fan story and no fan characters. Remember kids: Not everything cat is Warriors C:

I think that if I'll ever have the time to work on this comic project I'll make it a mixture of traditional line art and digital coloring. But firstly I'll work on Hollowoods (and wait for people's reactions and feedback) THEN I'll keep my focus on "Wicked", my other main project and THEN I'll start with this thingy. I still lack time and coloring talent for doing this comic series. Digital coloring still is an enemy of mine (forests are a pain in the ass and the main background ARE forests and mountains >.<)

Yet I may post some concept work from time to time. C:
I plan to post more conceptual stuff anyways since I'll need it for my other projects.
