No, especially if there are relatives around me. 
If I'm in art class it's easier, but I can concentrate the best when I'm all alone. Otherwise my thoughts will wander. xD
It's the most annoying though when a person looking at your art comments it every second. In junior high I had a friend who did that ALL THE TIME when I drew one of my older comics and demanded this plot twist and that. It got screwed up pretty fast. Ack. X'D
